Return Policy
If the item is correct, but you don't like it:
If the seller offers 7 days free return, you can return it for refund. However, you need to undertake the round trip domestic shipping cost according to the TaoBao.com and Tmall rules. 100% of sellers on Tmall and most of TaoBao sellers support 7 days return. But there are still some TaoBao sellers not supporting it, especially for those items which are of extremely low price. If you happened to buy from the sellers who don't offer 7 days return, the item can not be returned.
If the item is incorrect or not as described, or damaged/defected:
Please contact us by email to service@FreeShoppingChina.CN within 3 days upon receiving your parcel and send us the photos of the items to show the problem. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from sellers. As long as it's confirmed by the seller it's problematic item, seller will undertake the round trip shipping cost.
Note: On these conditions, the items are NOT treated as incorrect:
1. The clothing is the same as the details, but the color is a little bit different from that on the screen.
2. The letter location printed on the clothing has a few centimeters deviation.
3. There is very minor defect can be ignored or fixed by your own.How do I return an item?
If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to service@FreeShoppingChina.CN within 3 days upon receiving your parcel. When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from FreeShoppingChina.com.
The return and refund process is designed as follows:
1. Contact our customer service to provide the photos of the item and solid reason of why it's defected and not acceptable. The request must be made within 7 days after the item is delivered.
2. FreeShoppingChina.CN will talk to the seller and apply for return and refund according to the rules of Tmall.com and TaoBao.com.
3. a.) If you are having experience to ship with domestic shipping, or the item is large, you can ship to the seller's return address directly. b.) If the item is small and you are not familiar with shipping with domestic shipping, we will arrange domestic shipping company to come pick up. (Be aware, the domestic shipping for item return may need you to pay the shipping fee first. This fee will later be refunded to you together with item cost.) Please tell us the tracking number after mailing your item.
4. After the item is received by the seller, FreeShoppingChina.CN will follow up and get the refund from seller.
5. Once the refund is finished with the seller, the refund will also be returned to your member account in FreeShoppingChina.CN. You can later use it to buy other products or withdraw it.
